Pre-requisites for becoming Client/Investor for MTF FACILITY:

Currently, customers who have an online/offline trading account with SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.Can avail of the MTF FACILITY through SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.
The client has satisfied itself of the capacity of SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.and the client shall from time to time continue to satisfy itself of such capability of SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD. before executing transacting through SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.
The client has approached to SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.with the application for availing the MTF FACILITY.
The client has submitted relevant KYC (Know Your Client) details to the SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.
The client has read and clearly understood the Terms, conditions, rights and obligations, related to MTF FACILITY, as listed hereunder.
This is a product to facilitate investments for short term.

1. Terms and Conditions

Equity Shares that are classified as ‘Group I security’ as per SEBI shall only be eligible for dealing as well as shares offered as collaterals to avail MTF FACILITY.
Necessary credits for bonus, rights and dividend on collaterals and the funded stocks shall be given to client as when applicable
Margin calls are made if there is fall of 10% in the MTF Portfolio. Margins can be replenished by cheque or by transferring funds from Normal Trading account.
Margin calls and Liquidation: will occur if margins fall short in the Margin Funded Portfolio. In such an event liquidation will be at the lender’s discretion. Following stages and respective action will be observed on daily real-time basis

This is a product to facilitate investments for short term. Interest is charged on Weekly rests at the rate of 18% p.a.

2. Additional Terms and conditions:

All stocks collateral and funded stock shall be retained by SUNFLOWER BROKING PVT. LTD.
All stocks collateral and funded stock shall be subject to daily M2M which will be debited / credited to client account.
Undertaking that MTFS has been availed of from only one broker
